ZED LLC is a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE), Equity Impact Enterprise (EIE), and minority-owned business dedicated to improving communities with innovative, sustainable, and community-focused real estate solutions. Founded by Saman Zomorodi in 2017, ZED LLC enhances the built environment in the Washington DC Metro Area through expertise in architectural design, real estate development, and financing.

Saman holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master's in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Under his leadership, ZED LLC offers comprehensive services in real estate finance, development, and condo conversion.
